Marketing Plan

The marketing plan for LoveDees needs to include all facets of marketing, advertising and publicizing.  We need everyone with money in Henderson to know the name LoveDees and feel like they aren’t planning their cruise correctly if they don’t use us to book it.  We need our clients to be proud when they say they use us.  It needs to be a status symbol for them.  They should brag that we plan their vacations.  We make it easy.  We cater to them.  It is a luxury to use our services and won’t provide them for everyone.  Once they feel that way, we will have all of the business we can handle.  

Marketing Segments

Segments represent different types of marketing and advertising.  The goal with the marketing is to not target that person that is looking for a cruise right this minute, but to imprint it into their memory for when they do want to take it.  They need to know our name.  Like Kleenex or Coke.  The segments are; 


Marketing: This is any type of brand awareness or brand marketing.  This includes the Cartvertising, magazine advertising, Google ads for the LoveDees name, Instagram for non promotional posts. 


Advertising: this includes any advertising for a specific cruise or destination.  This may be a Google ad for a specific cruise or event, a cruise night.  


Publicizing: Any type of marketing that presents the name LoveDees in a good light.  This may include charity events at the store, meetups, being on the local news as an expert.  

The Privilage of Our Service

We don’t provide service to everyone.  

  • We don’t provide service to people that are looking for the cheapest fares or are penny pinchers.  
  • Don’t don’t provide service to people that aren’t going to be happy no matter what we do.  
  • We don’t provide service to people that are whiners, bitchers, or complainers.  
  • We don’t provide service to people that don’t appreciate our services.
  • We don’t provide services to people that aren’t loyal to only us.  

The first step is to meet with Tiana and see what she can do and what it will cost.  That is absolutely step one.
