The Goal - Follow this new philosophy of eating for 14 days and see how I feel and look.   


The Carb Fasting Lifestyle - This idea is combining fasting with limiting carbs, consuming high proteins foods at specific times of the day.  The idea is too fast on carbs, not fast on all foods.  There should only be one meal a day where I am eating carbs and that would be before my most active part of the day.
