I have been down this road before and made excuses every time for why it didn’t work. Some of those excuses were just excuses and me not wanting to take responsibility for my own actions. This time there are no excuses. I have always secretly feared looking good. It always instigated attractions that weren’t wanted and didn’t know how to confront. I am okay with saying no now. More importantly, I want to look good enough to not think about my body. That sounds weird but I have always been in my head when having sex because of my body and I want to not be thinking about me or what the other person is thinking about me. I need to just have fun. I want to be able to do things I have never done before because it required me to take my shirt off.
The Goal - I want to create small goals and build up to 30 days of workouts.
Goal One: 5 Days of weight lifting for at least 30 minutes. Along with any type of hit workout for 15 minutes each day at a different time than the workout.
